Ornella Chiossone was born in Caracas, Venezuela.
She started her career in film in New York City when hired to costume design her first short film. She then never stopped falling in love with the art of telling stories through clothes and continued designing short films, music videos and feature films. She has dressed Hollywood names such as Eric Roberts, Zazie Beetz, Seu Jorge and the rising young actor Noah Schnapp for the American/Brazilian production Abe (Sundance Film Festival 2019). She is now based in Brooklyn, NY.
Ornella has a degree in Visual Communications from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Madrid and a certificate in Digital Photography from the Madrid International Center of Film and Photography. She later received a certificate in Costume Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan.
